Ours is a relaxed, family run venue, not a conveyor belt. We want you to enjoy both the barn and the beautiful rolling Sussex farmland that surrounds it, as much as we do.
Our magnificent barn has stood proudly on Fitzleroi Farm for over 400 years. In that time it has had many uses - but it is now exclusively available to you, to celebrate the biggest day of your life!
about us
The barn held its first wedding over twenty years ago. The day was so spectacular that it inspired the then bride, Julia, to open the venue to others, so they too, could enjoy the beauty of the barn and its wonderful surroundings.
Julia and Louise, along with a team of trusted suppliers, are always on hand to offer couples help and advice, discuss and plan arrangements, and to look after you on the Big Day!
Our 16th century timber framed barn will be available to you and your suppliers from 10am to 6pm the day before your celebration, and from 9am to 2pm on the day after, so you can relax and enjoy the event.

Yes, we are fully licensed. You can host up to 120 in the Main Barn or Courtyard, and up to 60 in the Long Room.

We have 9 recommended caterers who have been hand picked by our team for you to choose from.
We do allow caterers who are not on our recommended list but, they will need to be approved by our team.

No, we are strongly opposed to charging corkage to our couples. Therefore, none of our caterers charge corkage either.

Last orders at the bar is 11.30 pm, the music is to finish by 11.45 pm and carriages are by midnight.

Yes, we have ample parking at Fitzleroi Barn which is all hard standing and very close to the venue. Allocated disabled parking is also available.

Yes, we have disabled access within the Main Barn, Long Room and Courtyard spaces.

You have access to the barn between 10 am and 6 pm the day before your wedding day, and between 9 am and 2 pm the day after your wedding to collect your belongings.

Yes, absolutely. We have ample space for live bands, DJ’s, Cedliahs or to use your own playlist or sound system

Yes, we allow well behaved dogs onsite for your wedding day.

Yes we offer weddings throughout the year. The Barn is fully heated and insulated, and looks beautiful dressed for winter!
