Our approach offers flexibility, supported by experience and thoughtful coordination.
CATERING
Food that reflects your tastes
We work with a wide range of recommended caterers who we know provide high-quality food, excellent service and a professional approach. Our caterers offer a variety of styles, menus and price points, allowing you to choose something that suits your tastes, dietary requirements and budget.
Couples are also welcome to use a caterer not on our recommended list, subject to approval from our team. In these cases, a £300 external caterer coordination fee applies, covering the additional time required to review arrangements and ensure everything aligns smoothly with the venue and the flow of the day.
Bar & drinks
A relaxed approach to drinks
Fitzleroi Barn operates with no corkage, allowing you the freedom to supply your own drinks for the day without additional charges. This approach gives couples flexibility over both selection and budget.
If you would prefer the convenience of a fully staffed paid bar, this can be arranged through Brian’s Bars, who provide a professional service and fully stocked bar.
Brian’s Bars charge £275 for a fully stocked bar, with no minimum spend.

ENTERTAINMENT
Music and atmosphere
Whether you imagine live music, a DJ, a jukebox or your own playlist, couples are free to choose the entertainment that best suits their celebration. The Main Barn provides a welcoming space for evening celebrations and dancing.
All music must finish by 11:45pm, with the venue vacated by 12:00am, ensuring the day concludes smoothly and respectfully.
