Our pricing is designed to be clear and inclusive, allowing you to plan with confidence from the outset. Alongside exclusive use of Fitzleroi Barn and access the day before your wedding, you’ll be supported by Julia and her experienced team, who have been welcoming weddings here for over 25 years.

We work closely with couples throughout the planning process, meeting with you along the way, offering guidance and helping to coordinate trusted suppliers. Everything included reflects the way the barn is used - thoughtfully, flexibly and with the calm reassurance of an experienced team behind you.

What’s Included

Your hire of Fitzleroi Barn offers exclusive use of the barn and grounds, along with relaxed access the day before your wedding. This gives you time to prepare, style and settle in at an unhurried pace - allowing your celebration to begin calmly and comfortably.

Furniture & Seating

A generous collection of furniture is included, allowing you to style the spaces to suit your guest numbers and preferred layout.

A NOTE ON CATERERS

We work with a carefully chosen selection of recommended caterers, each known for delivering excellent food, thoughtful service and a professional approach across a wide range of styles and budgets. Our team is always happy to help guide you through the options and suggest caterers that best suit your vision, guest numbers and the style of celebration you’re planning.

Couples are also welcome to use a caterer outside of our recommended list, subject to approval from our team. In these cases, a £300 external caterer coordination fee applies, reflecting the additional time required to review arrangements and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.
